This is the OFFICIAL CCNTH, SAT School Day Registration Form. In order to register and save your spot for the SAT School Day administration on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 you will need to complete this form and make a payment to Mrs. Crowe no later than Friday, March 3, 2023. Testing space is limited and waivers are limited - both will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. The cost for the tests are:
